December 26 2003--Optimum Medical Billing transmits claims electronically to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid, hundreds of commercial insurances, and bills the patients for the remaining co-pay and deductible.

Optimum Medical Billing performs Billing services to Physicians' in the form of outsourcing your office/practice billing. We currently perform Billing services to three physicians' at The Mount Vernon Hospital in New York. We have our own Hippa compliant electronic billing program with accounting features.

We have been in the billing field for more than ten years both doing Part - A and Part - B billing. In 1986 We assisted Glenn Butler in opening up the Hyperbaric Facility at The Mount Vernon Hospital, whereas, We also conducted the billing for the unit. For the five years that we oversaw the Part - A billing, it was and still is in a 100% audit by Medicare.. Optimum Medical Billing Services have significant experience in all aspects of billing from entering in the claims, follow-up, working with delinquency reports and appeals. In addition to managing the billing in the Hyperbaric Unit, We were also the business manager and partner.

To date Optimum Medical Billing Services have two employee's including myself (Angela Palmer) and offer individual attention to all the clients that we conduct Billing services for. We pride ourself in following up on all claims and appealing claims that have been rejected, We do this even if it takes a year to collect the monies owed.

At this time We am attempting to expand the business and welcome new clients that could benefit from my services. We only get paid a percentage of what we collect and the cost of our services is usually 50 - 70% less expensive than an office having to hire a full-time employee with benefits.
